Daytime Parking in front of the Hotel: Limited to 2 hours

Overnight Parking in front of the Hotel: Not Allowed

General Parking Information

Parking is limited to two hours in front of the hotel on Clinton Avenue. Overnight parking is with permit only and vehicles must be in a city lot designated for overnight parking.

We provide a mirror-hanging parking permit that will allow you to park in designated city lots for an unlimited time. The closest City parking lots are behind the hotel or across the street behind Diversified National Title and Global Coffee. These lots are less than a block away. Hang the parking permit inside your vehicle from your rear-view mirror. If for some reason you cannot find a parking spot, call 911 and explain your situation to the police. They will make an exception and allow you to park on the street overnight.

Please remember to return the parking permit to the suite before you leave. We need the parking permit for the next guest to use.

NOTE: If you do not return the parking permit you will be charged the prorated fee to replace it. ($150.00 annual fee) Thank you in advance for your cooperation in returning it for the next guest.

Handicapped Parking

There are two handicapped parking spots in the middle of every block on Clinton Avenue which can be used for overnight parking with proper permits. Hang your valid handicapped parking placard and St. Johns overnight parking permit, provided by the hotel, from your rear-view mirror. The police are not to ticket any vehicle with a valid handicapped parking placard and overnight parking permit.

NOTE: if you receive a ticket and followed the instructions above or were given an exception, call the police department at (989) 224-6721, during normal business hours to resolve the situation.
