Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

• Rooms may be cancelled at least seven days before the date of your stay. The total cost of the room, minus a $25 administration fee, will be refunded to the card that the room was booked with. Cash refunds are prohibited.

To request a cancellation; reply to the confirmation email with a cancellation request or email reservations@sjhplace.com directly, include your contact details as well as the reservation/order number so we can validate your cancellation request.

• Rooms cancelled within seven days of the date of your stay are non-refundable.

Communication Policy:

You hereby grant Heritage Place Hotel the right to send your stay-related information to the telephone number and/or email address provided. Heritage Place Hotel may communicate via SMS, phone call or email as needed.

Requests for removing personal information can be made in writing to heritageplacehotelsj@gmail.com
